Supportive Living

  • Must be age 65 or above
  • Verifiable income and assets based on unit desired
  • Must pass state sex offender check and criminal background check
  • Must have a completed Determination of Need (DON) demonstrating the need for a supportive living environment with at least 29 scored
  • Must complete a 2-step TB test
  • Must not require two-person assistance on a permanent basis
  • Must not require therapeutic diets
  • Cannot have a primary diagnosis of dementia

Senior Apartments

  • Age 62+
  • Verifiable income and assets based on unit desired
  • Must pass state sex offender check and criminal background check
