James Keledjian has 25 years of experience in real estate syndication, investment and management. With Pathway™ Senior Living, his responsibilities include project origination and development, finance, tax-exempt bond structuring and placement, as well as property and asset management. He is also active in structuring and placing Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.

Jim is President of the Real Estate Investment Association and is a member of the National Executive Committee. He is a Director of the Illinois Housing Council and the Affordable Assisted Living Coalition. He is also active with the American Senior Housing Association, Life Services Network and is a member of the National Home Builder Association Tax Credit Group, Steering Committee.
