project manager, construction manager and architect, Robert Helle
is responsible for design, construction and financing of
Pathway's projects. Bob earned his Master in Management degree (MBA)
from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate
School of Management with majors in Finance and Real Estate
and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of
