Maintenance Assistant

Assist the Maintenance Manager in handling the overall maintenance of the community by following the preventative maintenance plan, insuring all units are in full working condition, troubleshooting problems and emergencies as they arise, and maintaining community in a clean and pleasant condition. Possess knowledge and troubleshooting skills in one or more areas of electrical maintenance, plumbing, heating & air conditioning, carpentry, and mechanical repairs. Previous experience in building maintenance required.
