Office Manager/Receptionist

Responsible for the overall operation of the reception area, including answering incoming phone calls, greeting every visitor and/or guest to the community and general administrative duties as assigned. Will provide a positive first impression for customers through front desk coverage. Ability to effectively multi-task and work with multi-line, multi-user phone system. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills required. Strong skills required in Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, Excel and Publisher. Provide administrative support to senior level managers, including scheduling and attending meetings, taking and distributing meeting notes, ensuring appropriate follow up of communication, creating and developing visual presentations, preparing reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents. Requires strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work independently. Previous experience supporting senior level managers required. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills required.
