Part-Time Receptionist

Responsible for the overall operation of the reception area, including answering incoming phone calls, greeting every visitor and/or guest to the community and general administrative duties as assigned. Ability to effectively multi-task and work with multi-line, multi-user phone system. Assist Sales Manager with marketing-related needs, from assembling brochures and mailings to data entry and ordering marketing materials. Previous experience required working in a front office environment. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills required. Strong skills required in Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, Excel and Publisher.
