Resident Care Manager

Provide nursing care to the residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities preformed by Life Enrichment Aides. Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required. Complete accident/incident reports as necessary and perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. Make written and oral reports/ recommendations concerning the activities on the shift. Provide medication supervision and ensure the highest degree of care is given and maintained at all times and in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current valid license in state of operations required.
