Wellness Healthcare Partners collaborates with Pathway to provide residents with home health nursing; physical, occupational and speech therapies; diabetes services; orthopedic, neurological and stroke rehabilitation services; wound care; home infusion services; short-term psychological counseling; anodyne therapy to increase circulation and reduce pain; disease and pain management; x-ray services; and durable medical equipment, including wheelchairs and beds.
