  • Fully vaccinated residents (14 days after the 2nd shot) can have family visits in their apartment between the times of 8am and 8pm. Appointments are required so our concierge can call 24 hours in advance to complete a screening tool per regulations. Screening is required upon entrance and rapid COVID tests are available and highly recommended for family members. Currently, we are asking for a maximum of 2 guests. Masks are required during the visits. Hugs are encouraged with good hand sanitation and masks properly worn. Guests should go directly to the resident’s apartment and maintain 6 feet distance from other residents and team members.
  • Non-vaccinated residents can continue to have scheduled visits in our designated family visit space. Screening is required and rapid COVID tests are highly recommended. If a rapid test has been taken, only a mask and good hand sanitation is required. Full PPE is required if no rapid test has been taken. The space is disinfected between visits.
  • Residents may leave the community with family members. Please reschedule visits if showing any signs or symptoms or have been exposed to someone who has signs or symptoms of COVID-19. No isolation is required for day trips. For overnight visits:
  • Fully vaccinated residents will not be required to isolate upon return
  • Non-vaccinated residents will be required to isolate for 14 days

Our team members will continue to change into clean scrubs upon entering the community, wipe downs of all common areas will continue at least 3 times a day.

We understand the excitement that these changes bring. For us to continue to follow these new guidelines, it is imperative that we also remain vigilant on our safety precautions of self-isolating if experiencing any symptoms, wearing masks correctly and using proper hand sanitation. If we experience either a resident or team member positive with COVID-19, restrictions will be reinstituted per regulations. Residents and team members will receive weekly testing for at least 2 weeks thereafter until all negative cases.

If you have not been vaccinated it is not too late. Our pharmacy partner, MMP, will be holding monthly vaccination clinics at our community for any resident or team member that would like to be vaccinated
